I was very disappointed.
Room was very small. There was no dryer in the room, you have to go down to reception to borrow it. You need to go down to the basement to iron your clothes!
Supposely it was non smoking hotel but there was very bad smell in the hallway.
Breakfast was very bad and there is no restaurant to sit and have dinner; you have to go outside.
Bathroom had only very small piece of soap.
The extra blanket hidden in a closet was all dirty!
Internet worked only in a lobby; very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel for few nights stay. If you are going to Earls Court 2 Convention center the hotel is almost across from it. The train is also right there.

I hate to so negative about a hotel, but it's a joke. It's not cheap, but the stay definitely is. No space in room to move. TV didn't work. Radio ancient & annoying. Dirty drawers. They claimed to provide continental breakfast which turned out to be 2 1/2 slices of light toast with 2 pats of butter & two tubs of jam & orange juice. It was so bad we couldn't face a second breakfast and went out. This is all a pity as the location outside the congestion zone and very near a tube station is awesome.
