Traveller from Llandrindod Wells stayed in September, 2009
Comment
on arrival was given room we suspected was staff accomadation, with no light in walk-in wardrobe, nowhere near lift - complained, had to wait 40 mins for duty mngr to give us decent room - no tea or coffee - you have to request? - 4* ?. staff seem to act like robots, or is that just London!
Top Tip
if going a short distance by taxi, use black cab - 1 mile to albert hall charged £9 - rip off - black cab back was £6
